UXLINK Terms and Conditions of Use

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “your”) and UXLINK (“UXLINK”, “we”, “our” or “us”). The Terms govern your use of the UXLINK Services made available to you on or through the Platform or otherwise. UXLINK Services may be provided by UXLINK or, if specified in these Terms, any Product Terms or any additional terms, by any UXLINK Affiliate.

By registering for a UXLINK Account, accessing the Platform and/or using the UXLINK Services, you agree that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms, together with any additional documents or terms referred to in these Terms. You acknowledge and agree that you will be bound by and will comply with these Terms, as updated and amended from time to time.

If you do not understand and accept these Terms in their entirety, you should not register for a UXLINK Account or access or use the Platform or any UXLINK Service.

  1. Eligibility:

    1. Participant must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the Participant’s own jurisdiction and all jurisdictions governing the Organizer and/or this UXLINK T&Cs.

    2. Participant must provide accurate and complete information as requested by the Organizer and required for participation in the UXLINK.

    3. The Organizer reserves the right to request further information from the Participant and to verify Participant's identity and eligibility.

    4. The Organizer at its sole discretion will determine the eligibility criteria for participation in the UXLINK, including the amount of Tokens to be distributed to eligible Participants that satisfy specified criteria. Different eligible Participants may receive different amounts of Tokens in any particular UXLINK depending on the criteria determined by the Organizer for such UXLINK. The Organizer will have no obligation to notify potential UXLINK participants of the eligibility criteria for any UXLINK prior to the execution of such UXLINK.

    5. Organizer reserves the sole and absolute right to disqualify any proposed Participant it deems ineligible for an UXLINK (be it under these UXLINK T&Cs or by having engaged in any conduct that the Organizer considers inappropriate or unacceptable).

    6. Participants shall not:

      1. use multi-accounts and/or multi-wallets;

      2. attempt to cheat or hack the UXLINK or the Tokens;

      3. carryout any kind of spamming; or

      4. behave in a manner which the Organizer deems offensive or inappropriate, and any such behavior will result in all of the Participant’s accounts and/or wallets being permanently banned from all of the Organizer’s UXLINK.

      5. be located, incorporated, otherwise established in, a citizen of, or resident of, or have business operations in:

        1. a jurisdiction where it would be illegal under Applicable Law for you to access or use the UXLINK Services, or cause us or any third party to contravene any Applicable Law; or

  2. Participant Representations and Warranties:

    1. Compliance: Participant represents and warrants that they will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in relation to the UXLINK and the use of Tokens.

    2. Accuracy of Information: Participant represents and warrants that all information provided during the UXLINK registration process is true, accurate, and complete.

    3. Prohibited Person: Participant represents and warrants that they are not a Prohibited Person as that term is defined herein.

    4. Participant’s Technical Skills: Participant represents and warrants that it has at least a basic degree of understanding of the operation, functionality, usage, storage, transmission mechanisms and other material characteristics of cryptocurrencies, blockchain-based software systems, cryptocurrency wallets or other related token storage mechanisms, blockchain technology and smart contract technology.

  3. Disclaimers:

    1. While the UXLINK team prioritises to engage and reward as many real human users as possible, UXLINK will conduct anti-sybil attack filtering and reserve the final right to disqualify wallets related with dishonest behaviours that include but are not limited to batch wallet operations, wash trades, money laundry, fake wallets creation to earn more rewards etc.
