1. Which users are eligible for a 1:1 swap?

Users who held X amount of old UXLINK in their wallets before Sep-22-2025 02:55 PM UTC, and who currently still hold Y amount of old UXLINK in the same wallet will receive:

If X > Y, then they will receive Y amount of new UXLINK. If X < Y, then they will receive X amount of new UXLINK. For users with staked tokens, they are eligible for a full 1:1 swap, and APY will continue to be calculated until October 31.

2. How can users who purchased after Sep-22-2025 02:55 PM UTC obtain a swap?

Since UXLINK purchased after this timestamp may have been stolen and illegally unlocked/sold by hackers, or illegally minted through contract manipulation, under the terms of the whitepaper, the final swap plan must be discussed and voted on by the community. It is certain that there will be a swap plan for these community members.

Security Notice – Update 8

Here is the latest status update on the UXLINK token migration and security upgrade:

1. We have upgraded security solution. Detail plan is approved by third-party security advisors.

2. Migration on CEXs will start from next week. And due to varying regulations across regions and the different operational processes of exchanges, we are implementing a phased compensation approach through exchanges. We have completed a new token generation process, ensuring that these tokens are exclusively used for swaps with exchanges and on-chain users. For exchanges that have not yet completed the migration, these tokens will remain locked until transfer to exchanges and MMs.

3. Migration for on-chain users will also start from next week. UXLINK will take care of gas fees.

4. The UXLINK staking users will claim all the token and APY calculated upto Oct.31 2025.

5. The token circulation and vesting schedule remain the same as on the UXLINK white paper.

6. The new UXLINK contract has locked token max-supply function at the code level.

Additional Compensation after migration

· We will carry out a 1:1 token swap for users on all agreed exchanges. We will also request that Exchanges help to transfer the frozen illegal tokens to our designated address for burning.

· After the 1:1 swap of new and old coins is completed and normal trading resumes on some exchanges, we will make every effort to recover the tokens prematurely unlocked by hackers both on-chain and within exchanges, striving to restore the price. To our knowledge, the hackers have not dumped tokens on exchanges, and we will also provide 1:1 compensation to users of exchanges. The recovery of the token price is the best form of compensation for exchange users. Beyond this, we will continuously work to recover funds, raise funds. Our project generates profits, this this addition funds will be used for long-term buybacks and support.

As always, we will continue to communicate with the community through multiple channels（Medium, X, Telegram, Official website） to further strengthen community confidence.

Prevention Measures

We have fully taken lessons from this incident. After the launch of the new contract, our multi-signature will be secured with cold and dedicated devices, and we will engage custodial institutions such as Matrixport to safeguard both the contract and the treasury. We will retain only the necessary funds for daily operations. We will also strengthen trust by obtaining and showcasing third-party security certifications, where possible.

Our contract has been audited by two well-known security firms, PeckShield and Exvul, and we have also engaged SlowMist as our long-term security advisor.

Explanation for the Delay in Disclosure

The disclosure was delayed because we needed sufficient time to:

· Accurately assess the total scale of the damage.

· Determine the exact scope of the hack and which areas were affected.

· Identify and evaluate potential secondary impacts.

Unfortunately, the computer of our colleague who was liaising with Korea Exchanges was hacked, which resulted in the loss of all communication channels. We had to spend additional time to reconnect and retrieve the contact information.

While we recognize that a delay in disclosure can risk further user uncertainty, it was equally important to ensure that premature disclosure would not provide the attackers with sensitive information, which could have led to additional damage. During this period, we took all possible internal measures to mitigate risks and prevent further harm.

As of now, community users and partners are satisfied with the progress of our team’s work, and we will further collaborate with community partners.

The new UXLINK contract will be deployed on the Ethereum mainnet, with a total supply of 1 billion tokens, and will be swapped 1:1 with the old UXLINK contract. The contract dropped the mint-burn function and we will use cross-chain partners’ service to remain a cross-chain feature. The migration plan consists of two parts: one for CEX (centralized exchanges) and one for on-chain users.

CEXs will count the total amount of UXLINK currently held within their platforms. CEXs will calculate the amount of UXLINK that was deposited by suspected hacker addresses. CEXs will provide a wallet address to receive the new UXLINK tokens. UXLINK will transfer the new contract tokens to the exchange wallet — the amount transferred will be the total UXLINK on the exchange minus the amount deposited by hacker addresses. CEXs will calculate how much UXLINK was sold by suspected hacker accounts on the exchange, as well as the amount of other assets received in return (e.g., USDT, USDC, ETH, BTC, etc.). CEXs will, according to legal procedures, convert the frozen assets from suspected hackers back into UXLINK. The project was co-founded by members from diverse countries and backgrounds, uniting to establish UXLINK. After over two years of operations and tests, UXLINK has achieved substantial progress and cultivated a robust global community.

Along with the fast growth of our community, to further strengthen our governance structure, we are now announcing the formation of the UXLINK DAO Committee—truly by the community and for the community. The inaugural committee will consist of 11 members: 3 representatives from the UXLINK project team, including CEO Rolland Saf, and 8 core contributors selected from the global UXLINK community. The committee’s primary responsibilities will include engaging with the community, initiating community votes, and overseeing the allocation of the UXLINK project treasury.

Committee membership will be subject to review and adjustment every three months. All UXLINK community users are eligible to apply for a position by submitting their applications to [email protected]. Given the global representation of committee members, a dedicated Telegram group will be established to facilitate communication and voting among members.

UXLINK Community Encourages Voting for Binance Listing

Binance is currently inviting BNB holders to participate in a vote-to-list initiative, and UXLINK is among the projects under consideration. Following the consensus of the UXLINK global community, we are encouraging UXLINK users to vote for UXLINK’s listing on Binance, which would further enhance our liquidity. Voting participation will be recognized as a contribution to our ongoing Season 3 airdrop event.

Given the size and diversity of our community, we understand that some groups or markets may adopt different incentive measures for the benefit of the community and to encourage participation. However, we do not endorse or recognize unofficial channels that offer alternative incentives to influence voting. Recap the circulation principle of $UXLINK allocation

As a social platform and infrastructure, UXLINK community‘s allocated amount is positively correlated to UXLINK's Users-Base Growth according to the formular " Rewards = OG * [ TAM(ts) * (1 + EAR（cLg）)* cLu / log2(cLg) ]" in Whitepaper ( https://docs.uxlink.io/layer/whitepaper/white-paper ). For example: when users-based was 10+ million, the token generated would be 140 million; when users-base was 30+ million, the token generated would be about 382 million. The allocated tokens may include ecosystem partners, exchange marketing, and other ecosystem building related initiatives and budgets. This tokenomics is an innovation and is very suitable for social network development.

From Jul.24th to Dec.24th, UXLINK registered users more than doubled from 15 million to 35 million, so UXLINK allocated the same amount of tokens to the community as Airdrop Season One to support user engagement and fulfillment. The rapid growth of our community will cause more supply of circulating tokens, but in the long-term, the network effect and ecological effect created by users will benefit every token holder. Please note the max supply of $UXLINK is fixed as 1 billion, no change.
